Customer service team is fast and resourceful

They update you so it feels like they’re checking up on you. Even tho my item was delayed they handled it professionally to a point I forgot about getting upset.

SLOW AS YOU KNOW WHAT SHIPPING!

Kirklands constantly baffles me with teh slowest order processing and shipping of any store I purchase from online. I sometimes wonder if they are located in CHINA. Their speed on getting orders out and to the customer just SUCKS...

Quick delivery and kept up to date with delivery

new fitted kitchen, a new floor and now a new table & chairs from kirklands.com. The customer service price & delivery was just right

Good Customer Service Experience

I too had a bad experience with the website. I shop at the Algonquin IL location. I could not purchase anything and it said nothing was available to pick up (curbside) at the store. I understand these are unusual times but NOTHING in the store? I called the store and was not aware of their hours or if anyone would even be there as it was a holiday but Donna picked up. It was an hour before they opened and she took the sku from what I wanted, checked to see if they had it in stock and called me back to let me know she'd hold it and the procedures for pick up with the virus. I was very impressed with her service. Thank you.

I have emailed 4 times over the last month, and have received one response on my order. I haven't tried calling the phone number yet, but guarantee it will be terrible.
